Our Mission
is to save lives and increase Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) prosecution rates of Domestic Abuse perpetrators, whilst improving the mental health of domestic abuse victim-survivors and reducing the pressure on UK Police Forces.
Why is TrustVault desperately needed?
Victim-survivors talk to charities, police, social services, legal teams, citizens advice, social media groups, friends, family members to different degrees using different communication channels.
Repeating their situation to all parties, or relevant parts of their journey, to each entity and different members of staff in each entity causes re-traumatisation. Important facts are missed and forgotten.
If something happens to a victim-survivor it is resource-heavy, costly and time-consuming (and almost impossible) for the police to collect the required evidence to conduct a thorough investigation that can justify charging a suspect.
TrustVault gives victims a voice. It gives victim-survivors a path to recovery without re-traumatisation.
